Jack has a unique ability to combine
tenaciousness with a practical and professional sense of the
investment sales business. Prior to joining Halpern, Jack was
responsible for the day-to-day management of over 500
rent-stabilized and other rental-housing units for a substantial
owner of apartments in Soho and the Village sections of Manhattan.
Jack has almost a decade of experience in the real estate business.
Jack worked closely with the President
of the company to manage both the apartments and retail property in
Chelsea and Union Square. He was responsible for the renting of
some 2,500 apartments and sold office and rent regulated apartment
buildings without much income. Some successful assignments include
3 West 35th Street, 170 East 77th Street, an
upper Westside pre-war multi-family apartment building and 25 Monroe
Place in Brooklyn Heights, where he achieved an extraordinary price
for the seller of that asset.
Jack is
currently working on a joint venture to purchase and develop vacant
buildings into luxury condominiums in one of the fastest growing
communities in Brooklyn, New York. |
